Paulette,
I can’t say enough good things about the half blood Lucky Man son we purchased in your 2008 sale. His calves where all born unassisted, then went on to be our heaviest weaning weight group, even over our AI sired calves. They are one of the most uniform groups of calves we’ve produced. The bull has a very good temperament.

Mike, Paulette and Robb,
Your help, friendship and advice have meant so much to me and my family. We have listened, watched and learned by your example, using it as a model for our ranch in building our cattle herd and in how we treat others. I have heard you each say that the most important thing to you is your relationship with people, above all else. You demonstrate that philosophy and ideal to all who have the pleasure to meet you. You family models the importance of relationships as an example to the rest of us in the cattle business. It is an honor to have you as friends.
Being fortunate enough to benefit from your hard work and excellent breeding program through the purchase of Trinity Farms cows and bulls for our program we are seeing the results in our calves, and we are excited about what the future will bring to our program as we continue to build on a sound genetics and breeding program.
Thank you, your friends,

I have 4 E-15 daughters that I have purchased from Trinity Farms. They have all been totally fault free. They have never been through the chute except for vaccinations. All 4 have great dispositions and are easy to deal with. Mike, Paulette and Robb have been great to deal with. They do what they say they will which is rare these days.

Thank you so very much for your kindness and hospitality during the Western Harvest Showcase Sale. The information and advice that you shared with us concerning running a purebred cattle operation was invaluable. We have assembled a six generation pedigree chart on TFS Escapade. You sure have been doing this a long time. The Trinity Farms breeding program is among the finest anywhere and reflects consistent use of the finest genetics in the country and attention to detail over the last 25 years. Thank you for placing such high quality heifers in this fall sale.

Dear Forman Family,
On behalf of the Washington State Junior Simmental Association, I would like to formally thank you for your continued support and dedication to the breed. Without operations like Trinity Farms and the dedicated people behind the brand, we would not have the same quality of cattle in the industry. From the show ring to the feedlot you have made such a positive impact. I would like to thank you for hosting the 2009 Western Harvest Sale at your beautiful ranch and for past sales as well that have made things such a success. We wouldn’t be where we are today without this very kind gesture. I was very excited to see you entered two heifers in the sale that are of outstanding quality and genetics. I would also like to thank you for your participation in the Pre-Sale auction & Banquet. I am new to the organization as a whole and very new to the board of directors and in my short time I have personally learned so much from your family that I take and apply to my growing herd and Campbell Cattle Company’s herd as well. You family has been a great influence to so many young people’s lives and I cannot thank you enough.
Sincerely,

We are extremely happy with the 2 females that we bought at your 2009 Royal Flush Sale. They have settled in to my 20 cow herd very well. They wait at the gate with the rest of my spoiled cows for their horse treats. I remember the heifer coming in to the sale ring bellowing and blowing snot at every one and these 2 older gentlemen sitting next to us could not believe we bought that heifer. They asked me if we were going to turn her out into big country. I told them big country in our neck of the woods is a 10 acre pasture. They thought I was nuts. But knowing Cherokee Canyons and the dispositions they mostly have, I told them that in 3 days we would have her broke to lead and we did… and now she is as gentle as the rest. The cow calved 3-24-09 and we weaned her calf on 10-6-09 a very simmi looking black steer calf that weighed 765 lbs. He outweighed all my calves by 60 lbs…boy what a calf for weight!
Sincerely,

With 180 steers weighing in heavier than ever, heavy end 870 gross and middle group 825 gross (all calves were born August 1 or later and weaned May 15th) these calves headed to Ordway Feed yard for another outstanding performance. 3.98 pounds per day with a conversion of 5.5. That was just on the first group of 870 heavies. The other steers will go this week and then we put 140 steers on grass and they hit the feedlot the first of November. Also we have two truckloads of heifers that are trying to perform like their sisters last year. Last year we sent heifers back to put on feed and they gained 3.5 pounds per day and converted 5.6. Anyway we have been very happy with all our TF Bulls and believe we are seeing the effect on the whole cowherd. Anyway was wondering how soon you may have data on bulls for your upcoming sale.
Thanks,

We have sourced all of our bulls from Trinity Farms now for quite some time. Each year the calves are feed at El Oro in Moses Lake and sold through Washington Beef. These pens convert extremely well and have made us money year after year. We will continue to source our bulls at Trinity Farms in the years to come.
— Jim & Fred Schnebly, Ellensburg, WA
Our cattle run at 3,800' on dry land range conditions. It is a must that our bulls have a good set of feet and legs to travel in this terrain. The bulls we have purchased from Trinity Farms have come in at the end of the season in better shape than any of the other bulls that we have purchased from other sources in the past few years. As an added benefit the calves sired by the Trinity bulls also have a noticeable improvement in temperament and disposition as well.

Paulette, just wanted to thank you for all of the help you have been to us and our kids over the years. We enjoy coming to the sale each year and look forward to seeing you again in March.
— Debbie Gavette, Everson, WA
We originally were introduced to Trinity bulls from a neighboring rancher and then we had him buy some of their bulls for us. We are very pleased with the bulls and have seen a marked improvement in our replacement females. Last year was our first trip to Ellensburg, but not our last. We are very much looking forward to coming back in March.

We have purchased over 80 bulls in the past few years at Trinity Farms and really like the quality and consistency that we find there. They adapt as well as any bulls we have ever bought, especially the higher percentage Angus bulls. The ranch is 350,000 acres and runs from the Mojave Desert to the Sierra Nevada Mountains which allows for some very challenging terrain. We feel we can come to Ellensburg, WA and buy higher quality bulls for our money than anywhere else we have found. Trinity bulls provide great value for the commercial cattleman.
— Richard Rudnick, Bakersfield, CA
I have been buying bulls from Trinity Farms for 6 or 7 years now and have been having really good luck with them. I have been buying different ET bulls to increase the uniformity in my calves and especially the replacement heifers. I will usually stay with the same bloodline for 3 years or so, then switch to the new bloodlines that Trinity Farms has. The bulls have held up for me very well which is important as my range is not green and lush throughout the summer and the bulls must have good feet and be structurally sound or I may never find them again.

Fellow cattlemen, it is my pleasure to write a few words for the Trinity Farms production sale. I have been acquainted with the Forman’s for years and have been involved directly with their embryo transfer program.
Embryo transfer is not an accurate measure of cattle fertility, but it is a fact that fertile cattle perform better in a transfer program than those that are not. It is this point I would like to emphasize. The Trinity Farms cattle have produced embryo numbers nearly twice the national average. The conception rate from these embryos has also been above average. This indicates to me that a conscientious effort has been made to breed fertility into this herd. Other factors of equal importance include proper minerals and nutrition, timely vaccinations, and health management. Endless hours of estrus synchronization, heat detection and A.I. have been spent by the crew of Trinity Farms.
This is a family operation and everyone plays an important part to make the ranch successful. It is a united effort of the Forman’s that makes it a pleasure for me to work with them. They stand behind their product.
Congratulations in deciding to make their breeding program a part of yours. Success to each of you.
— Galen B. Lusk, DVM, Sugar City, ID
I really appreciate the temperament of the Trinity bulls. They have always been real quiet and easy to handle even as they get older. I always have a good calf crop and have not had any calving problems.
— Don Osborne, Moses Lake, WA
We are a commercial outfit running about 1,000 cows. We summer up in North Idaho and winter down at the ranch on the Snake River. All of our cows calve out on the winter range and must calve unassisted on their own. The terrain is quite steep on the winter range and these bulls need the ability to travel well. Our calves also perform very well in the feedlot! We have sold the steers to El Oro in Moses Lake for the last few years. Most of our heifer calves are sold as replacements for other commercial cattlemen in our area. In fact the heifers we had shipped to El Oro last year were bought out of the feedlot by someone to utilize as replacements as well!

Dear Mike & Paulette,
this is a much belated and much needed thank you from me for all you did this year (and in all the past years) to make our sale (The Washington Simmental Association Western Harvest Sale) and this little association a success. I cannot adequately express my gratitude to you both for your wisdom, hard work, and commitment. It feels as if your program and all of it’s successes and positivity are contagious, and we are thrilled to ‘catch’ just a little bit of it.
— Jennifer Harwood, Auburn, WA
We just can’t say enough good about the Red Dream calves. They are the most consistent group of calves we’ve ever produced. They’re very wide-based, heavy muscled, deep bodied cattle that are tremendously balanced.
